Friendly staff made it better
So, I stayed there with my partner for a night. The front desk gal was super nice, but man, it was busy and she was by herself. We had to wait way too long, like an hour and a half, which was a bummer. The room was decent, but kinda average. Loved the snack bar tho. it kept us fueled! Just wish we'd had a quicker check-in.

Check-in was pleasant, and the updated room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included tasty oatmeal, which was a nice start to the day. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep, and the hotel felt overpriced compared to other options in the area. After requesting a copy of my invoice, it took an excessive five days to receive it.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium, which were super fun. The breakfast was solid, and the staff was helpful. Just a heads up, some spots around the place could use a bit of attention, but overall, a decent stay.
We did have a hiccup when our first room wasn't up to par. it felt a bit neglected. Thankfully, the staff helped us move to a better one quickly.
